Mr. Muhammad Ajmal Gondal, Auditor General of Pakistan addressed the opening session of workshop on “Audit planning and Management “ conducted by USAID for SAI Zambia on 30th August, 2022. He focused on mutual cooperation among Supreme Audit Institutions for capacity building and professional development. Dr Dick Chellah Sichembe, Auditor General of Zambia and Mr Peter Wiebler, Mission Director USAID Zambia also shared their views during the session.

Probationary Officers of Pakistan Audit & Accounts Service from 49th Specialised Trg Programme called on the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan during their country study tour. Auditor General of Pakistan Mr. Muhammad Ajmal Gondal, Addl AG-1, Rector Academy and other senior officers also attended the event.

Auditor General of pakistan Mr. Muhammad Ajmal Gondal has inagurated well-equipped day care centre at AGP Office Islamabad. The day care comprises all requisite facilities including study area and material , play area for children, LED TV and internet.

Mr. Muhammad Ajmal Gondal, Auditor General of Pakistan, visited Pakistan Audit & Accounts Academy (PAAA), Lahore. He was received by Rector PAAA, senior management of the department and the probationary officers of 49th Specialised Training Programme (STP)

A six day conference was held under the chairmanship of the Auditor General of Pakistan to finalise the Audit Plan for the year 2022-23 in which all the Deputy Auditors General and Directors General of the concerned Field Audit Offices (FAOs) participated including AJ&K and GB.

A Farewell ceremony was held in the office of Auditor General of pakistan in the honour of Mr. Farrukh Ahmed Hamidi Controller General of Accounts on completion of an illustrious career.

The Department of Auditor General of Pakistan Supreme Audit Institution of Pakistan hosted 5th meeting of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) virtually on 31st March 2022 in Islamabad, Pakistan. The heads of Supreme Audit Institutions and Senior level officers of SCO member countries i.e China , Russia, India,Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participated in the event.

Election Commission, Auditor General of Pakistan, Controller General of Accounts, Accountant General of Pakistan Revenue, called on honorable Chief Election Commission for furtherance of cooperation between the two constitutional bodies.
